Hippie Campfire
Hippie Campfire

‘Sam and Dave’ meets Yes’. Serious music that doesn't take itself seriously. However you choose to describe Hippie Campfire's sound, once you're in the band's orbit there's very little you can do to pull your ears and hips away. This longstanding songwriting consortium puts it's hybrid blend of Funk, Rock, Folk and Power Groove to the test with their latest offering ‘Chasing Shiny Objects’. With three lead singers and a steamer trunk filled with influences ranging from Hank Williams to Sly and the Family Stone to Rush… You might find yourself skipping from track to track wondering if you're actually listening to the same band.

Amazingly, this six piece collection of oddballs and eccentrics has managed to stay together for the past XXeen years. Seeing them live for the first time is a spectacle that is as unpredictable for the audience as it is for the players on the stage. Over the years, fans and concert goers alike have observed that the ‘live’ Hippie Campfire has a hard time sitting still within any set musical arrangement. Yet, as adventurous as six musicians coming from disparate backgrounds can be, they still manage to stay tighter than a bull’s ass during fly season.

Look for Hippie Campfire before they come looking for you.
